Vine Microfinance was started and registered as a non-deposit taking Microfinance institution in 2023 to carry out financial services in Uganda. It is also registered and regulated by Uganda Microfinance Regulatory Authority (UMRA) Having worked with several Microfinance and money-lending institutions, Brian realized a need to create an opportunity for struggling MSMEs and entrepreneurs to access affordable financial and business growth support services by working closely with businesses and groups, equipping them with necessary knowledge and skills to grow their businesses and bear “fruits”. Most small businesses fail, not only because of lacking enough capital, but also because of poor management due to lack of knowledge and skills to manage the available resources in the business and eventually collapsing them. To solve this problem, Vine Microfinance offers more than “Just money” to its clients. We work with entrepreneurs to find what really the problem is and decide on the solution together and go ahead to support the implementation of the suggested solution (s)ensure for business success.
